We import blasting material and stock it in our warehouse in Järvenpää (Sorronkuja 4) which service also pick up customers. We are open mon – fri 08:00 – 16:00 and orders which are submitted before 12:00 usually will transported to customer at same day.

ALUMINA

Brown alumina is non ferrous reusable blasting material with angular particles. The material is extremely hard

White alumina is non ferrous reusable blasting material with angular particles. The material is extremely hard and it’s iron free so it can be used on stainless steel and other non ferrous materials

CERAMIC BEADS

Ceramic blasting beads are a non-ferrous reusable blasting media with spherical particles. This blasting media is extremely resistant, and is used above all in applications in which a certain reproducible surface roughness has to be achieved.

GLASS BEADS

Glass beads are a non-ferrous reusable blasting media with a wide application range. It is ideally suitable for blasting of all metallic and non-metallic workpieces. Due to the round shape of the beads, this blasting media is used for gentle cleaning.

GLASS GRANULES

Glass granules (glass particles/crushed glass) is a non-ferrous reusable blasting media. Due to the angular shape of the particles, this blasting media has a grinding, stripping effect on the workpiece being treated. In comparison to glass beads, it is more aggressive, but still often used for the same applications. Glass granules can also be used in combination with glass beads. Due to the relatively low purchase cost, it is used mainly outside or in areas with continual blasting media loss. Minimium order size 1000 kg

SILICON CARBIDE

Silicon carbide (black) is a non-ferrous reusable blasting media with angular particles. It is very aggressive and extremely hard. Silicon carbide is the second-hardest mineral after diamond, and is therefore also used in grinding applications. It is suitable amongst other things for the blasting of hardened steel and ceramic. It is the blasting media with the greatest hardness and aggressiveness.

NUTSHELL GRANULES

Nutshell granules are organic blasting media from crushed, cleaned and sifted walnut shells. It is extremely soft and is used for cleaning without base material losing substance

SODA BLASTING MEDIA

This material consists of sodium bicarbonate (- NaHCO3 -) in highest quality. Soda is a very soft blasting media so that it is used for non-destructive blast cleaning. It is absolutely environment-friendly, non-toxic and totally safe in use. It is soluble in water and can even be fed into the public sewers. Minimium order 1000 kg
