Valtra’s tractor plant invested in a new Idea Machine FMS-system palette washing machine. Washing machine is slightly larger than it’s predecessors, so it allows larger fasteners washing. In the FM system machine is able to receive pieces wich are more than 3 tons of weight and 1800 mm of height. Maximum rotational diameter may be 1600 mm. The front of the machine at 90° turntable locks the palette, turn the spray chamber and rotates during washing, changing direction. Targeted showers wash carefully left in machining impurities diverse.
Valtra transmission plant has three Idea Machine, manufactured and previously delivered FMS-washing machine. Oldest palette machine delivered in 1990 and it’s still in use. The introduction of the new machine was carried out in week 8.
